This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Mississauga, ON. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, managing files, and greeting clients. The Assistant will also be responsible for providing Executive Administrative Assistance to senior management. Besides, an expert hand on creative tools such as Canva, Vimeo is a must desirable skill.

- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Entry
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
