As an Administrative Support and Client Service Specialist, you will work with all our team members to make sure they have the operational and administrative support they need. You’ll be part of our Client Service team, handling questions and requests from our clients and partners. Some days, you may be asked to assist at reception; other days, you may work on a marketing project or help as we host a meeting in our office. You would describe yourself as an organized, friendly, professional person who loves working as part of a team. You are efficient, enjoy learning new things, and have a desire to develop new skills. You can multi-task like a pro, can stay calm under pressure, possess an innate curiosity, and display a great sense of humour

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the administrative duties (e.g. drafting or typing correspondence, preparing forms, liaising with life insurance companies, etc.) required for files.
- Assist with in the Client Services department answering calls, returning messages, and completing requests.
- Assist in reception coverage as necessary.
- Participate in training activities to gain additional knowledge and experience.
- Other duties and projects as as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- You have superior interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with contacts in a professional manner.
- You have excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- You are organized and able to work concurrently on multiple tasks with superior attention to detail and a dedication to urgency.
- You have the ability to work independently and with others and to be professional, no matter what the day brings.
- You have an understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
- You appreciate the value of administrative roles in a service-based company.
- You are comfortable with standard computer programs (e.g. Word and Excel).
- You are perfectly fluent in English - fluency in any other language is a bonus

Your employment commences with a 6-month probationary contract. Upon completion of the contract, you’ll be eligible for generous benefits, including health, dental, and drug coverage, and 3 weeks’ vacation.
