Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional client service support, managing database information, and maintaining accurate records of investment-related paperwork and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account changes in a timely manner
  • CORRESPOND with registered plan trustees regarding registered accounts and required paperwork
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners in an efficient and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Act as a primary point of contact for transaction management of SWMI investor accounts, focusing on Class F investment holdings
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support
  • Experience with CRMs or other customer-focused software is an asset
  • Completion of Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) would be considered an asset

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
