Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Church's Chicken. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
