Business Development Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company strategies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, networking, and other lead generation activities.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development, sales, or similar role.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, with a keen awareness of latest market trends and shifts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for the IT industry.
