**Responsibilities**
- Manages the eCommerce business outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with Ownership, Marketing, and the supporting sales team in pursuit of attaining initiatives
- Contribute to and lead the development of Annual Operating Plans by providing over-arching strategy, budget, and sales forecasting
- Targeting the established market sectors that align to the current GHY eBiz niches (targeting that includes regional, national, and global opportunities)
- Being aware of changing CBSA/CBP initiatives to continue business expansion while adjusting marketing tactics accordingly
- Alignment of best practice and processes across existing supply chain partners (from ingest to final mile)

**Qualifications**
- Completion of grade 12 Education
- Degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent post secondary education
- Completion of a CCS or similar designation an asset
- 5+ years’ experience working in a supply chain business development environment
- Possess strong knowledge of Canadian/USA b2C current and emerging customs regulations
- Supply chain depth and experience (possessing a thorough understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, etc)
- Background in business, finance, and budgeting
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with both cross-functional, logistics, and IT teams
