The Implementation Associate, Small Business supports the Implementation team in providing an exceptional level of service to Payworks' clients during their onboarding. The Implementation Associate will provide an elevated degree of attention and assistance in setting up and preparing client databases with an emphasis on timely, secure, and accurate data. In addition, you will support the team by assisting in training new team members on initial setup activities and preparing reports. During peak times, you will have the opportunity take a more active role in onboarding new clients.

**PROVIDE AN EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE** - IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO***:

- ** Data & system preparation** - Working closely with the Implementation Specialists, you will play a supporting role in setting up and preparing client databases in Payworks workforce management solutions. You will monitor and update new accounts within a CRM tool while determining and prioritizing implementation timelines, configure requirements specific to each client and administer the database set-up accurately and efficiently.
- ** Work with a team** - Liaise with the Sales, Implementation and Service teams to keep client information up to date. You will use your keen attention to detail, security, and data integrity to take responsibility for receiving, managing and adjusting incoming client data accurately and efficiently. You will also support the team by assisting with training new team members on initial setup activities and preparing reports.
- ** Build client relationships** - Payworks takes pride in delivering superior client service to businesses across Canada. As an Implementation Associate, you will interact with clients and oversee the entire onboarding process during peak times. This includes uncovering client requirements using effective probing techniques, active listening, and communication skills while identifying any issues or opportunities that arise from client queries. This role will be relied upon to provide assistance to clients as well as facilitate training sessions in the event that an Implementation Specialist is unavailable. You will also initiate the system user relationship with the client administrator of Payworks product.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED***:

- Proven experience with data entry or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large amounts of data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team.
- Technical and logical problem solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The Implementation Associate reports into the Payworks office in Winnipeg, however has the option to work in the office or on a hybrid work model.
