**Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-5:00P**
- Must be available to work non-standard business hours occasionally if needed.
- This position is 100% in-office. There is no hybrid work from home option

**What you will be doing**:
**Issues Management and Resolution**
- Under the guidance of the IT Tech Support Team in Toronto, provide support where possible.
- Use Service Now ticket system to track progress and ensure customers receive timely updates.
- Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
- Perform installation and configuration of software including operating systems, patches, and 3rd party software.
- Setup hardware as needed.
- Track I.T. asset inventory according to organizational standards.
**Communication**
- Strong interpersonal skills with heavy focus on customer service.
- Good written, oral, skills.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum to have taken Courses in IT Support.
