**You have**:

- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of EDIA initiatives and strategies, change management initiatives, policies and procedures
- Experience working with leadership and staff to achieve long-term organizational change, produce measurable results, overcome barriers, and address barriers to transformational change
- Project management experience across a diverse and complex portfolio with a focus on organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship building and networking skills to effectively work with senior leadership, employee groups, vendors, consultants and community outreach representatives
- Knowledge of equity, accessibility, intersectionality, anti-racism, decolonization, inclusion, anti-oppression, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and the Anti-Racism Act
- Effective listening, openness and transparency skills to build rapport with colleagues
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to facilitate EDIA conversations, and address sensitive topics and contentious issues with confidentiality, tact and discretion
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain concepts or influence change
- Demonstrated planning, problem solving, research and analytical skills

**What you will do**:

- Execute and evaluate EDIA projects, programs and initiatives and recommends changes to strategy, plans and budgets
- Recommend EDIA best practice initiatives and conducts research, develops, recommends and implements creative strategies and programs to advance EDIA goals, ensuring EDIA is embedded in all facets of the organization
- Manage Employee Resource Groups, committees, and councils, ensuring coordination across activities and strategic planning to ensure results are aligned with EDIA goals and objectives
- Support staff in addressing EDIA related issues to support a more inclusive and anti-oppressive organization and serves as key contact for internal and external partners to respond and resolve time-sensitive issues
- In collaboration with the Director, EDIA, identify barriers affecting equity deserving talent and work collaboratively to remove barriers using an EDIA lens and identify training and development needs
- Assist with the facilitation of EDIA focused training to a wide range of audiences
- Support departmental, corporate performance reporting and evaluates and analyzes feedback and key metrics to measure effectiveness of EDIA programs and processes
- Promote a high performing team-based and customer-oriented approach to service delivery
- Detect staffing and training needs to build and implement development plans
- Identify unit operating budget requirements, monitor and forecast monthly allocations and develop plans to mitigate variances
- Occasional travel to Field Offices throughout Ontario and various corporate engagements when required
