**You have**:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in public administration, business administration or related field, with a confirmed return to school in September
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to take direction and focus in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**What you will do**:

- Assist in the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents and reports in a professional manner and according to specified templates and guidelines
- Provide support in the upkeep of electronic databases in order to achieve optimal organizational retrieval, and to ensure document security and confidentiality
- Support the team by compiling and analyzing data from a variety of sources in order to maintain timely inventories and electronic stakeholder databases
- Assist in the planning process by attending meetings and documenting findings to support the team as required
- Conduct online research and present findings to the Program Manager, Strategic Business Support as required
- Provide administrative support for the branch such as organizing meetings and assist with the development and maintenance of technical documentation, team sites and intranet/internet updates
