We are in search of an inspiring leader with a proven track record of driving excellence and delivering outstanding results as our next Manager, Administrative Services in Saskatoon (and area). This role is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our administrative operations to new heights. The incumbent will have the flexibility to work a combination of days in the Saskatoon Head Office and from home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position is pivotal in sustaining business operations through the leadership and management of the administrative team located in North America. As part of the leadership group, you will be involved in determining strategic goals, developing the department’s business plan, and deploying initiatives and actions that ensure goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are realized.
You will have oversight for the organization and deployment of all general administrative activities and will manage effective and efficient report production in order to realize the brand promise of On Time, Credible and Professional presented valuation reports. You will also provide office management including business vehicle coordination and point of contact and coordination for facility management of Suncorp’s various offices.

**You have the following credentials**:
- Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business or related field.
- Experience managing and leading others and solid track record of building and inspiring strong teams.
- Experience in a service-based organization with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience with developing, implementing and assessing business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Knowledge or training in lean management and/or process improvement for office settings is an asset.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
