Saskatoon, Canada Ghost Transportation Services Full time

Ghost Transportation Services is looking for a Traffic Administrator to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Traffic Administrator is part of the day to day operations of Ghost Transportation Services. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday-Friday.

Duties required include
- Management of all rate maintenance systems
- Pricing development for client specific rate quotations
- Margin parameters for spot quotation pricing
- Develop and maintain relationship with all 3rd Party Suppliers
- Negotiate and resolve invoice issues for both customers and 3rd Party Suppliers
- Manage Accessorial costing
- Ensure that all customer rate inquiries are being processed daily
- Ensure that all rate audit processes are being completed daily
- Backup for spot price quoting
- Pricing of all rate audit exceptions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Skills required
- Exceptional communication experience and skill
- Excellent Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and manipulation of data
- Excellent Math and Problem Solving abilities
- Professional Internal and External Customer Service skills
- Ability to identify problems and help with thought out solutions
- Demonstrated ability to use computer software and hardware
- Organized
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Ability to switch tasks seamlessly

Knowledge preferred
- Understanding of proper/best routing of equipment
- Understanding of rates, revenue maximization and cost minimization
- Understanding of paper flow
- Understanding of customer wants and needs as well as operational requirements
