Marketing Specialist, Cross-brand Programs

Responsible for bringing the BRP brand to the next level through cross-brand programs and thorough supervision of BRP branding, this role requires strategic thinking and good comprehension of the BRP ecosystem.

As our marketing specialist at BRP, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s journey, fuelling multiple cross-brand initiatives. We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and driven individual with a passion for adventure.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Contribute to developing the vision of the future for the BRP Brand and its new positioning statement.
Stay updated on branding trends and use an optimization mindset in keeping our brand up to date.
Master branding guidelines to become a key resource and support for internal teams at BRP.
Ensure cross-brand growth opportunities are identified and proactively tackled, ensuring BRP brand presence in growth markets in a right place, right time mindset.
Help structure upcoming cross-brand projects and initiatives, both internally and externally with agencies.
Develop and deliver BRP’s cross-advertising initiatives.
Adopt a “pilot” mindset, starting with small-scale initiatives to build bigger deployment initiatives along the way.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams (Driver Brands, CX, LVHA, regions).
Map KPIs and define what success looks like for each initiative we are moving forward with.
Ensure budget tracking and accuracy on project deliverables.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in global strategies and brand positioning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with consumer journeys and pilot projects would be an asset.
The ability to navigate between long-term global strategies and short/medium-term tactical execution in a pilot mindset.
Knowledge of regional realities and cultural subtleties globally, with the ability to understand and prioritize projects based on global retail priorities to present a unified global brand image.
A good understanding of retail targeting, growth market campaigns and KPI definition.
An autonomous, proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience managing global projects and budgets.
