Brand Marketing Manager - Garneau / Sugoi
We are looking for a dynamic brand manager to join our team The brand manager position will guarantee timely and brand-consistent execution of a company's brand marketing and communication tasks. The brand manager will work closely with various teams, including sales and product development, to ensure that the brand's message is consistent and effective. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, excellent communication skills, and ideally a passion for cycling Additionally, the brand manager will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional team partners and influencers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, where you can make a significant impact on the brand's success. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage brand marketing and templates across cross-functional teams
- Organize and manage creative assets for the brand and company
- Maintain brand consistency between product design and marketing efforts
- Uphold a fluid and organized line of communication between the brand team and key cross-functional teams
- Oversee all brand touch points to ensure a cohesive image and TOV across all brand channels (including copy review for all channels)
- Organize product launches across a holistic brand calendar
- Maintain creative execution ensuring art direction, copy and all assets are aligned with creative direction and handed off in timely manner
- Manage online and social media presence
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, advertising, Fashion Marketing with at least 5 years experience working in similar role within fashion/retail industry
- Understanding of brand marketing channels
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Solid understanding of Social Media
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Keen eye for detail and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills

- Full time, 5 days in office - based in Montreal
- Bilingual French/English

A day-to-day glance:
- Manage and coordinate brand marketing and creative staff
- Collaborate with media, PR, sales and other cross-functional teams
- Coordinate samplesand responsible for sample logistics for all photoshoots
- Monitor current campaigns to ensure staff are meeting deadlines and complete necessary tasks
- Analyze date to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing exposure

Le responsable marketing travaillera en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes, y compris les ventes et le développement produit, afin d’assurer la cohérence et l’efficacité du message de la marque. Principales responsabilités :
- Mettre en œuvre et gérer le marketing des marques Garneau et Sugoi
- Organiser et gérer le marketing créatif pour la marque et l’entreprise
- Maintenir la cohérence de la marque entre le design produit et les efforts marketing
- Assurer une communication fluide et organisée entre l’équipe de la marque et les équipes interfonctionnelles clés
- Superviser tous les points de contact de la marque pour garantir une image et un ton cohérent sur tous les canaux marketing (y compris la relecture de contenus)
- Organiser les lancements de produits en respectant un calendrier global
- Maintenir l’exécution créative en s’assurant que la direction artistique, le texte et tous les éléments sont alignés avec la direction créative et remis en temps opportun
- Gérer la présence en ligne et sur les réseaux sociaux
- Rester à jour sur les tendances et pratiques de l’industrie
Exigences :
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, branding, publicité, marketing de la mode, avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans l’industrie de la mode/de la vente au détail
- Compréhension des canaux de marketing de marque
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet
- Bonne connaissance des médias sociaux
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Sens aigu du détail et de la qualité
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés
- Esprit créatif et capacité d’innovation

- Gérer et coordonner le marketing de la marque et le personnel créatif
