**Your tasks at a glance**
- You act as an authority and ambassador of Vision Group and its brands, ensuring consistent brand expression both external and internal.
- You ensure best practices in marketing and in the development of marketing campaigns (market research, segmentation and targeting strategies).
- You work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing Technology and Revenue Optimization to dive deep into data and review the effectiveness of advertising/media campaigns and performance in each channel.
- You work hand-in-hand with the Director of US Business to ensure campaigns in the US market are effective and KPI’s are being met.
- You provide strategic direction and execution for:

- Brand management (campaign planning and execution, brand voice and positioning, market research, internal and external sales support, etc.).
- Social media marketing, community management and other web-based marketing programs
- You oversee a robust team of dedicated and talented individuals who bring everyone’s ideas to life including the in-house creative agency.
- You manage PR & communications for Vision Group and all its brands.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA considered an asset).
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Director and have strong leadership & management skills.
- You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing & communications and have experience managing more than one brand within a portfolio.
- Your experience in advertising agency or direct-to-consumer marketing is an asset.
- You are fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
- You have awesome ideas, you think outside-the-box and you are not afraid to speak up
