We are looking for a hard-working, driven, positive individual who will join our Property Claims team as an Operations Coordinator. They will be responsible for claims set up and assignment of National Property Claims.

What You'll Do- Responsibility for claims set up and assignment of National Property Claims.-
- Miscellaneous Administrative Duties and support tasks as the need arises.
What You'll Bring- Post-secondary education. University degree or college diploma preferred.- Minimum 2 years experience in an insurance operations role or equivalent- Experience in a property claims department preferred- Attention to detail, self-starter and the ability to be adaptable to changing business environments in order to cultivate collaboration- Ability to adopt business strategies and manage ongoing changes- Understanding of typical insurance claims handling procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to collaborate with team members- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills- Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.- Flexible to accommodate stakeholders in time zones across Canada- Knowledge of French and English is an asset to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with our customers, partners and other Aviva teams located across Canada.
