**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage incoming customer calls and chat requests through the website (B2C) and trade partners (B2B)
- Develop sustainable trust and relationships with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and offer technical support and production information to enable sales
- Handle customer claims, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion; follow up to ensure resolution
- Own and manage company’s RMA process
- Go the extra mile to engage, educate and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to the date with industry trends and support with new sales prospecting activities that will help increase company’s revenue.
- When required, assist with customer service support activities of the B2B side of the business.
- Other administrative tasks as requested by management to advance the goals and objectives of the company.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Native proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience in customer sales and support roles - must have
- Proven track record in converting general incoming customer inquiries through phone and chat into sales
- Strong phone and chat contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly processed-oriented with rigorous and tenacious follow-up abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, CRM systems and back-office environments
- Work well autonomously as well as in a team environment
- College degree required, University degree will be considered an asset
