**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families with the smooth transition of moving to a new location. You will be responsible for answering questions, responding to moving inquiries, and overall ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, availability and platform usage.
- Handling and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborating with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems, and the Google suite.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A positive attitude, a passion for customer service excellence, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 based on experience and skills
- Start date: As soon as possible.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
