**What you can expect**:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Sales team as a technical resource while engaging with prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding potential customers' technical needs, the development of customized client deliverables (i.e. RFPs/RFIs, proposals, quotes, presentations, demos etc.). and translating how our platform offerings could be a fit. You will be proficient in the technical aspects of our software solutions, partnership portfolio and will advise on and design solutions for potential customers.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Manage RFP/RFI response process as a project by coordinating team meetings, tracking deliverables, and overseeing proposal completion from draft to submission.
- Analyze client RFPs to prepare correct bid responses, collaborate with departments, and develop a strong understanding of Amilia software solutions.
- Perform evaluations of RFP feasibility to determine a Go/No Go response
- Conduct an excellent demo of software, master complex topics such as financial reporting, API/web hooks, reporting, and staff management, and provide feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Attain expert knowledge of software solutions and customer needs, and capture valuable information by updating Salesforce and relevant content.
**What we want from you**:
- 3+ years' professional experience working in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, consulting role within enterprise software, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS technology environment
- Bilingual (French & English) with advanced verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, including response to RFP/RFIs
- Experience in understanding and representing technical concepts to an audience of varying technical understanding
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment and introduce new concepts to solve problems
- Project management skills to balance multiple competing priorities
- A passion for problem-solving and roll up your sleeves demeanor
- Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others
