Customer Support Specialist

*Job Summary*
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
*Responsibilities*
- Setup and maintain the customer support pages - full ownership
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Promote sales of products or services by recommending options that meet customer needs
*Requirements*
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for this role
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
