**The Role**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated, customer oriented person with great sales and communication skills. The role of front end customer success plays a vital role in the customer journey from start to finish. Customer experience is a top value here at Rootbar salon. We are looking for someone who has experience in the customer journey from leads to conversions to up-selling and rebooking. Ensuring every touch point with our customers is a good experience for them.**

**Duties**
- Key holder opening and closing the salon
- Ability to quote and consult over phone turning leads into booked appointments.
- Checking-out clients and rebooking
- Pro-serve to serve drinks as the bar and desk are one
- Selling food and drinks
- Selling hair products
- Educating guests on current promotions, referrals and salon updates upon checking in or out.
- Using our booking software to its full potential
- Dealing with customer conflicts and resolving issues
- Scheduling staff and vacation requests
- Inventory management
- Help train new employees

- **High School Diploma or equivalent**:

- **Industry knowledge is preferred but not required**:

- Post-secondary is preferred but not required
- Strong Communication skills
- Problem Solving abilities
- Time management
- Some basic computer skills, using GOOGLE WORKSPACE and various apps.
- Organizational skills

This role is an entry-level position with the potential to grow with the salon

Hours Expected:
22 hours a week to start

Pay Range:
$20,000+ starting annually

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
