Multilingual Parts Customer Service Specialist

PBS Systems Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team as a Multilingual Parts Customer Service Specialist.
Job OverviewWe are looking for someone who can provide exceptional training to our new and existing customers in the Parts module of our software, assisting them during the installation and training process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation. They will also respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent training to customers on the Parts module of our software
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise, escalating them to the corresponding teams when necessary
- Support and troubleshoot issues for the Sales Support team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of departmental processes
- Respond promptly to both internal and external training requests
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft products, including Windows 10/11, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or dealership settings is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Effective time management and organization skills
