**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiry escalations and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Escalate issues to technical team as appropriate
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company
- Perform regular technology business reviews with customers & create IT budgets for the customer to help keep them current
- Monitor and manage client backup systems
- Desktop and laptop builds
- Create quotes for customers for new products and services
- Assist sales team with quotes for products and services
- Ensure customer rated information is kept up to date

**Education & Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is beneficial
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900)
- Sophos Sales Certification
- Customer Service experience supporting multiple customers
- Sales / Account Management training is beneficial
- Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Online Services and licensing
- Minimum 1 year experience with cybersecurity fundamentals
- A minimum of two years’ experience supporting users and troubleshooting issues in a Windows environment
