Office Administrator

**Duties**:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Create and mail correspondence to employees, clients, and service providers
- Maintain employee and client information, including entering or updating employee and client contract information, and entering invoice data for payment
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment and training development
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quick books
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
