Reporting to the Design Manager, this position is responsible for the administrative functions primarily for the Design Department with dotted line duties for office in general.

**Job Duties**
- Schedule all incoming work and revisions to each designer using our scheduling program
- Update lumber quotes using Sage and/or Excel
- Complete manual budget quotes using Excel
- Complete lumber package quotes
- Field phone calls from sales reps
- Complete weekly status report on scheduling output
- Process accepted lumber prices and schedule as required.
- Type up takeoffs provided by the client.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary education in office administration or four (4) years' relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, driven, with a willingness to learn
- Problem solver and innovative thinker
- Strong communication and organizational skills mandatory
- Service oriented; build relationships with customers, and internal/external parties demonstrating tack and diplomacy
- Work closely with Sales team

**Experience**
- Customer service experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Considered an asset - scheduling and budgeting experience
- Experience working in Excel

**Wage determined on experience.**
