Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve data
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental receptionist or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
