**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers or visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently answer a multi-line phone system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by addressing inquiries and providing a positive experience for the customer.
- Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service trucks.
- Perform data entry tasks such as updating customer records and information.
- Identify additional opportunities to help the customer; our customers view us as the trusted expert to make the best recommendations for their current and future needs.
- Make outgoing follow up calls to current customers. Some cold calling may be required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills to enter customer information accurately and efficiently into system.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually.
- Agility and adaptability to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a goal and results oriented mindset.
- Have an eye for perfection, attentive to detail and a high degree of organization.
- Reliability is a must along with the ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
