**Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual. Previous experience in a chiropractic or physiotherapy clinic preferred. Evening and Weekend Shifts Required**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Welcome, assist, and interact with patients
- Source of information for patients: location(s), services, clinicians, events, coverage
- Front desk décor and setup
- New patient checklist
- Appointment bookings
- Billings and collections
- Front desk and patient waiting area are clean and organized
- Treatment space, rooms and exercise area are clean and organized

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Experience in a chiropractic or physiotherapy clinic not essential but preferred
- Familiarity with Jane, Blue Cross, Telus Portal, Provider Connect and HCAI preferred

Benefits/Health Spending

If you work greater than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible for our group benefits or health spending account.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
