As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Qualifications**
Post secondary education in business administration, accounting, management or a related field is preferred, however not required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
Must have exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written & verbally
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in budget planning and tracking expenses.
- Use internal accounting software to input invoices, sales orders, quotes and other related items
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
