Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Providing excellent customer service and reception duties
  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing photocopying and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Transport or Courier industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Clean background check
