We are looking for an Office Assistant who, reporting to the Office Coordinator, will play an important role in the daily operations at WeUsThem.

What a typical day with us looks like:

- Keep the office presentable for clients and visitors;
- Work with courier companies for all incoming and outgoing couriers;
- Get all relevant documentation and information for the Accounts team;
- Support the executives as needed;
- Prepare drinks and snacks as needed for executives and guests;
- Maintain the lunchroom including attending to the dishwasher, ordering supplies, organizing the cabinets and space, etc;
- Assist with all digital and physical filing and records;
- Support and contribute to the social media accounts of the agency;
- Provide support for client work as needed;
- Check the mail regularly and distribute it to all recipients;
- Drop off all outgoing packages.
- Answer calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments with clients and/or others as needed.

Our perfect match...
- Is a graduate from an administration, business, management or marketing program from College or University;
- Ideally has some experience in Sales or Customer service;
- Ideally (but not required) can communicate in both English and French, both orally and in writing;
- Has a strong interest in Customer service;
- Has strong organizational skills;
- Has a good ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Ideally has experience in one or both of the Microsoft Office and Apple Office products.
