Hiring on behalf of Cornerstone Developments Ltd.
- **Main duties**
Administrative assistants perform the following duties:
- Prepare correspondence, invoices, brochures, reports and related material.
- Arrange transportation and / or accommodation for staff, as required (e.g., car rentals, flight arrangements, hotel bookings etc.).
- Collects timesheets and maintain records of attendance and vacation.
- Open and distribute incoming mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Set up and maintain filing system.
- Greet visitors and direct visitors to appropriate person.
- Schedule appointments and record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- May assist office staff in procedures and in use of current software.
- May organize conferences
- Other administrative duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $39,000.00 per year

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
