Accounts and Payroll Administrator

Oakville, Canada TBM Service Group Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Post journal entries for daily transactions
- Maintain accounting records for all subsidiaries
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, sub ledgers and intercompany transactions
- Acts as a liaison for customers and vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
- Prepare transaction reports, aging reports, trial balance and financial analysis for management
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Utilize database management systems to maintain updated and secure financial documents
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures
- Complete other accounting tasks as requested Qualifications:Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze information in an objective and professional manner
- Driven, self-motivated and ability to work well with others
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
- Support and contribute to the corporate culture

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- an asset but not a requirement
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software (Quickbooks)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
