- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Manage accounts payable and liase with vendor as needed
- Utilize software programs such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite to perform various administrative tasks

- Proficient in account analysis, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation
- Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience with maintaining employee records

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
