**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Close sales and follow up with customers.
- Learn how to price customers for custom designs.
- Basic marketing.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Coordinate the schedules of templating and installation teams with customers' schedules.
- Provide basic information to callers or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with customer support inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general office software.
- Knowledge of stone/granite and/or interior design is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Last but not least, ability to learn and grow with company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$25.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
