**Job Description**:
At NAPA, as Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting our supervisor with the organization and planning of daily tasks required in specific areas of the offices. You will be required to carry out work assignments as well as oversee daily processes in the offices.

In this role, you will work alongside the administration and customer service teams and report to a supervisor with a dotted-line report to the General Operations Manager.

**_ Main Responsibilities:_**
- Assist in resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate the operations of two teams of employees and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with Training Specialist to ensure adequate staff training.
- Keep teams up to date with daily priorities and tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisor and support customer service team to serve customers and find solutions when needed.
- Follow programs implemented to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations of the DC and achievement of established objectives.
- Carry out tasks related to administration (cheque deposits, corrections, follow-up with accounts payables for missing invoices)
- Act as a resource person for audit needs

**Qualifications**:

To join our team, you need:_**
- College diploma in administration or human resources,
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Bilingualism (in both English and French, spoken and written) as you will collaborate with internal and external clients throughout Canada.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
