Your day-to-day
Lead and manage a small team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality performance and professional growth.
Define and implement quality assurance strategies, including test planning, test design, test execution (50% of your time), and bug management, to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely delivery of a high-quality product.
Actively participate in testing efforts, including creating test plans, executing test cases, identifying bugs, to ensure comprehensive coverage and support the team during workload peaks or critical project phases.
Your qualifications
Experience in a team management role
Experience with JIRA or another bug management tool
Good communication skills (French and English)
Initiative and ability to learn quickly
Ability to collaborate with all teams
Leadership skills, excellent communication
