**Programmatic Advertising Team Lead**

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Campaign Strategy and Management**:
- Develop and execute programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (display, video, mobile, CTV, Video, OTT etc.).
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:
- Lead a team of junior programmatic advertising specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team members meet their targets
- Train new team members on programmatic advertising principles, best practices, and the effective use of tools and platforms.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, marketing) to align programmatic advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a point of contact for client or internal inquiries related to programmatic campaigns.
- **Industry Trends and Innovation**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
- Strong proficiency with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, DSPs).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing industry trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is an advantage.
