Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, and assisting with various tasks to support the team.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle client inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Assist in maintaining client databases and filing systems
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Skills**:

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in using clerical equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and electronic files effectively
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or front desk experience is desirable
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer support
