**About the Role**:
This exciting opportunity is to support the growth of our organization across all business lines and will be a vital support to the success of ongoing initiatives. The Administrative Assistant will enjoy wearing many hats and assist where needed. The position requires organization, a collaborative mindset is a must and strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.

**The Business Administrator will help with**:

- Processing and submitting group purchasing orders with suppliers.
- Maintaining online site inventory and updating stock status.
- Entering and update tracking of orders daily via online store.
- Generating reports and providing them on time.
- Scheduling meetings with key stakeholders.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and program participants to support project plans and key initiatives both internally and externally.
- Helping with maintaining SharePoint sites and internal information repositories.
- Assisting with proofreading, drafting proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to adapt to other duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business and/or related experience.
- 3+ years experience in an administrative role.
- 3+ years of strong customer service skills.
- Tech savvy and stellar troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) is an asset
- Effective multitasker, with experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with the ability to prioritize based on customer and operational need.
