Looking for a energetic **Front Desk Receptionist** who can provide efficient, organized and friendly secretarial support. Skilled at managing inventory and supplies, handling phone duties and company correspondence, and appointment scheduling. Specializes at creating a friendly and receptive office environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contact leads provided and generate appointments.
- Welcome all customers visiting dealership and inquire as to the purpose of their visit.
- Keeping up to date logs of customers that have appointments and/or that need to rescheduled.
- Maintain necessary paperwork for daily activity
- Assisting the General manager with daily tasks

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrates excellent phone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- Demonstrates pleasant, friendly mannerisms
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service experience

**HOURS**

Monday - Friday from 10AM - 7PM

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person
