**Acura of Hamilton **is looking for an experienced **Receptionist **to join our growing team Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success at Acura of Hamilton. You will be responsible for welcoming/assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our dealership. First impressions are vital; your demeanor, knowledge, & helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in the market.

**Your Day to Day**:
- Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, & guiding them to the right person
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying & scanning documents
- Maintain meeting rooms & tidiness of common areas
- Monitor inventory & order office supplies
- Answer, forward, & screen phone calls in a professional manner
- Receive, sort, & distribute mail & courier packages
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- 1 year reception and/or administration experience required
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry and/or completion of a relevant post-secondary program is an asset
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in all Google platforms & able to quickly adapt to new technologies
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
