Job Duties
We are seeking an experienced Office Adminstrator to join our tema of professioanls.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

- Must possess experience in the Quick Books Accoounting Software.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office 365 Professional
- Previous experience as a professional receptionist
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft 365 Pro.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional manner
- College or University degree in Accounting and Administration from a recognized facility.
Pay: $17.50-$21.67 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
