Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and place out-going calls to potential clients
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain schedules for staff members
- learning and working on the "Mindbody" booking system and POS system
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- "Open and Closing" duties (training provided)
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Mac
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Experience working in a Spa is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
