Description:
Reporting to the Provincial Key Account Manager, the Key Account Manager, within the assigned sales district, will represent our company and grow Sleeman Breweries’ portfolio presence in the trade by managing relationships and building business with key account customers. This role is a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve key account sales volume, revenue, and share growth targets
- Work with customer to develop business plans and priorities specific to accounts
- Develop and sell-in key account programming/promotions. Work with field sales management teams to ensure programs are executed in accordance with agreed upon terms at store level
- Provide input to annual budgeting process for assigned accounts; manage sales expenses within established budget and implement MUDA reductions
- Maximize net revenue by developing account specific ways to grow business. Conduct regular business reviews with high-level decision makers at customer head offices to discuss product and program performance and adjust or revise programs or targets as required
- Evaluate performance of sales programs and promotions to determine effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with regional Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR leadership to deliver execution objectives
- Remain apprised of industry trends and changes to the competitive environment
- Perform other related duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience in a consumer packaged goods environment, including at least 2 year experience working with large customer/chain accounts
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience developing and executing key account sales plans
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
- Effective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office
- Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to demonstrate behaviours compatible with organizational values

Work Conditions:

- Travel required approximately 20% of the time
- Relevant du directeur provincial des comptes majeurs, le directeur ou la directrice des comptes majeurs représente l’entreprise et favorise la croissance du portefeuille des Brasseries Sleeman sur le marché, en établissant des relations et en développant les affaires avec les comptes majeurs de la région assignée. Il s’agit d’un poste hybride.

Responsabilités principales:

- Atteindre les objectifs en matière de volume, de revenus et de croissance des parts de marché;
- Travailler avec les clients pour élaborer les plans d’affaires et les priorités spécifiques aux clients;
- Développer des programmes/promotions et les vendre aux comptes majeurs; travailler avec les équipes de vente sur le terrain pour s’assurer que les programmes soient exécutés selon les ententes avec les détaillants;
- S’impliquer dans le processus annuel d’établissement des budgets pour les comptes assignés; gérer les dépenses de vente selon le budget établi et mettre en œuvre des réductions MUDA;
- Maximiser le revenu net en élaborant des moyens spécifiques aux clients pour accroître les affaires; discuter régulièrement avec les décideurs de haut niveau du siège social des clients, des performances des produits et des programmes et ajuster ou réviser les programmes ou les objectifs selon les besoins;
