**About the role**:
DNV Business Assurance Group is seeking a **Key Client Project Manager** who will support Key Clients in achieving their certification goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project after contract signature, including scheduling and audit delivery, certificate issuance and invoicing. As the primary point of contact, the Project Manager will work closely with Key Clients and auditors in planning, delivery and execution of large multi-site, multi-standard projects.
The Project Manager will work in accordance with DNV overall goals and policies and will actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfillment of DNV's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across North America and with other DNV units. This hybrid role will be based out of our office in Guelph Ontario.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversight of client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable
- Responsible for managing the Contract execution, including service delivery plans Includes all MSA relevant Schemes for assigned clients; clients may be Regional/National or Global
- Oversees Internal coordination and project outcome
- Communicates directly with the client and takes the lead on escalations and resolution
- Supports with project audit schedules and sampling Plans; responsible for reviewing audit day calculations
- Responsible for communication of client expectations and service delivery requirements to assigned auditors
- Coordinates, prepares and plans quarterly or annual reviews with key clients
- Creates and maintains client master schedule
- Interacts with other departments including Sales, Technical, and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience
- Ensure on-time certificate delivery
- Supports with invoicing and collections process as required
- Monitors overall project profitability and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed
