Alteo is looking for a Sales Support Representative (IT) for a permanent position based in Laval.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the customer's point of contact for all day-to-day requests and inquiries;
- Collaborate with account managers to develop strategies to create new opportunities;
- Prepare quotations: validate configurations, negotiate prices and product availability with our supplier partners;
- Follow up proposals with customers until their conclusion;
- Perform administrative activities, tracking orders and communicating updates to customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction;
- Proactively follow up on renewals;
- Maintain contact with existing customers;
- Solicit inactive accounts to renew relationships;
- Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, participate in supplier training to understand their policies and processes, and build relationships with partners to negotiate on behalf of customers;
- Actively participate in company-led activities: marketing initiatives, social media and networking campaigns to promote new business and the company.

**Profile**:

- College diploma or equivalent work experience;
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT field;
- Knowledge of computer hardware (PC, server, switch, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen well and create sales opportunities;
- Resourceful, organized, able to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously and able to prioritize tasks;
- Be autonomous, creative, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed.
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, as you will be in contact with both French and English-speaking customers.

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Représentant, support aux ventes (TI) pour un poste permanent basé à Laval.

Responsabilités:

- Être le point de contact du client pour toutes les demandes et requêtes quotidiennes;
- Collaborer avec les responsables de comptes pour élaborer des stratégies visant à créer de nouvelles opportunités;
- Préparer des devis : valider les configurations, négocier les prix et la disponibilité des produits avec nos partenaires fournisseurs;
- Assurer un suivi des propositions avec les clients jusqu’à leur conclusion;
- Réaliser des activités administratives, assurer le suivi des commandes et communiquer les mises à jour aux clients afin de garantir le plus haut niveau de satisfaction;
- Assurer un suivi proactif des renouvellements;
- Maintenir un contact avec les clients existants;
- Solliciter les comptes inactifs pour renouveler les relations;
- Se tenir au courant des technologies actuelles et émergentes, participer à la formation des fournisseurs afin de comprendre leurs politiques et processus et créer des relations avec les partenaires pour négocier au nom des clients;
- Participer activement aux activités menées par l’entreprise : initiatives de marketing, médias sociaux et campagnes de réseautage pour promouvoir les nouvelles affaires et l’entreprise.

Profil:

- DEC ou une expérience de travail équivalente;
- 1-3 années d’expérience en vente « B2B » préférablement dans le domaine des TI
- Connaissances en matériel informatique (PC, serveur, switch etc.)
- Posséder de fortes compétences en communication avec une habilité de bien écouter et de créer des opportunités de ventes;
- Etre débrouillard, organisé, capable de travailler sur plusieurs opportunités simultanément et capable de prioriser les tâches;
- Etre autonome, créatif, enthousiaste et motivé pour réussir.
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), parlé et écrit, car vous serez en contact avec des clients à la fois francophones et anglophones.
