**Wholesale Remarketing Representative**

The Wholesale Remarketing - Representative is responsible for generating Remarketing sales, establishing new business accounts as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Other duties include establishing fair market values on products, purchasing parts and equipment, managing sales and inventories on the wholesale/corporate channels of the business. Ensuring all marketing and media initiatives are appropriately managed to ensure organizational objectives are achieved. Working with the ITAD/inbound and corporate outbound teams, to continuously improve the assets Quantum purchases, further enhancing revenue profitability, and business opportunities.

**Your role as a Remarketing Representative**:

- Manage the customers’ orders by recording and entering information into the applicable databases, following up with the customers to facilitate logistics details, handling the financial details including payment and completion of the proper paperwork
- Strive to create new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Responsible for recording and tracking customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales transactions, adhering to established procedures for entering orders, collecting warranty information, and cashing out customers.
- Respond to inquiries from clients in a quick and efficient manner
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Build and maintain a vendor base for sourcing and purchasing equipment
- Maintain knowledge of technical aspects for the electronics being sold
- Assist in the coordination of independent groups, including freight companies, finance, custom brokers and vendors
- Establish fair market value for I.T and related equipment
- Complete equipment “Bids” as required
- Track inventories to ensure there is a consistent flow of equipment
- Monitor inventory and work with Operations to restock shelves as required, adhering to established inventory practices (LIFO/FIFO)
- Perform inventory reconciliations as required
- Purchase materials as required by customer demands, and maintenance of company inventories
- Compile and prepare data for sales forecasts weekly Accountable for revenue and margin targets

**Your education, experience, and skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or IT related preferred
- CompTIA Certification or similar IT designation
- 2-3 years previous experience in sales, account management or related IT experience
- Understanding of the Used IT Equipment Market (B2B and B2C) and the Various Sales Outlets for Used, Refurbished, and New Computer Components and IT Equipment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with ability to “close the deal”
- Demonstrated comfort in generating mathematical calculations and verbal/written communications for customers
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Highly developed communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ensure personal appearance is always tidy and professional
