The Position: Sales Support Representative
Location: Laval (QC)
This position is permanent, full-time
The sales support coordinator is a crucial component within the sales team and is the first step in your sales journey.
You will collaborate proactively with your assigned Account Executives, to leverage sales opportunities and grow the
existing account base. Maintaining excellent relationship with Customers and strategic alliances with vendor partners
will enable you to contribute to the success and achievement of the objectives of the Sales Team.
How You Can Help:
Be the Customer’s point of contact for all day-to-day requests and inquiries;
Collaborate with the account executives in developing strategies to create new opportunities;
Prepare proposals: validate configurations, negotiate pricing and availability of products with our vendor
partners;
Perform timely follow-ups on proposals with Customers through to closure;
Perform administrative activities and follow up on orders and communicate updates to Customers to ensure
the highest level of satisfaction;
Proactively monitor renewals;
Stay in touch with existing Customers;
Solicit inactive accounts to renew relationships;
Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies, participate in vendor training in order to understand vendor
policies and processes and create relationship with partners to negotiate on behalf of our Clients;
Actively participate in company-driven activities: marketing initiatives, social media and networking campaigns
to promote both new business and the Company.
What We Are Looking For:
Fully bilingual, written and spoken (to serve our French and English-speaking clientele);
Possess at least 1-3 years of B2B sales experience;
Have a college degree or equivalent work experience;
A good communicator, an even better listener and a strong team player;
Resourceful, organized, can work multiple opportunities simultaneously and able to prioritize tasks;
And most importantly, autonomous, creative, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed.
