Are you a passionate digital marketer with a standard for precision? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Google Ads Account Manager. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' success stories, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that resonate in the digital realm.
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique goals and translating them into targeted digital strategies. Your analytical prowess will shine as you optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and staying ahead of industry trends. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the digital narrative for diverse brands and make a lasting impact in the ever-evolving landscape of online advertising.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, maximizing revenue potential.
- Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
- Create and manage social media and google ads campaigns
- Work in a fast-paced environment where you manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient delivery of clients services successfully.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of account manager or similar role experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin would also be an advantage.
- Must be Google certified
